These terms cover your use of Video Wallpaper and this website, operated by dfacto. Installing or buying the software means you accept them.

If you do not accept them, do not install the software. The free tier is still software you are licensed to use only under these terms.

A licence to use the software, not the software itself. Tiers, limits and prices are published on the pricing page and are part of these terms by reference.

Paid tiers include a 14-day trial without a card. A perpetual ("lifetime") licence covers every 1.x release; if a future major version is a paid upgrade, your perpetual licence continues to work on the version it bought.

Resell, sublicense or redistribute licence keys. Share a key beyond the device count it carries. Attempt to forge, tamper with or circumvent licence verification.

The source is published and you may read, modify and build it for your own use. That permission does not extend to distributing a modified build as though it were ours, or to removing licence checks in a build you give to others.

The aerial videos are Apple's, downloaded from Apple by you, using the catalog macOS already ships. We do not host, redistribute or license them, and this product is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc.

You are responsible for your own use of that content and of any other videos you point the app at.

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It plays video on your desktop; it is not life-safety software and must not be relied on as such.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated here and will not apply retroactively to a perpetual licence already bought.

We may terminate a licence obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these terms. You may stop using the software at any time.
