The app plays video files you point it at. You are responsible for having the right to play them, and for what they contain.

Do not use it to display content that is unlawful where you are, that infringes someone else's copyright, or that depicts the sexual abuse of children. We will cooperate fully with lawful requests concerning the latter.

Displaying content in a shared or public space — an office wall, a shop, a lobby — is your responsibility to make appropriate for that audience.

Do not redistribute modified builds as though they were ours, forge licence keys, or sell access to keys you did not buy.

Do not use the aerial downloader to bulk-mirror Apple's content for redistribution. It exists so you can fetch the catalog your own Mac already advertises, for your own use.
