Pricing
Pay for the second monitor, not the first
Everything that makes this cheap to run — the occlusion pause, the shared decode, the sleep handling — is free on every tier. What you pay for is the thing that scales with your desk.
Checkout is not live yet. The merchant of record is still being set up, so nothing can be bought today. The prices below are the real ones and will not change on launch — they are published now so you can decide whether this is a tool you would pay for. The free tier is fully usable in the meantime.

Questions people actually ask
What happens on the free tier if I have three monitors?
Your main display gets the wallpaper. The others keep whatever macOS wallpaper you had. Nothing is nagged, watermarked or degraded — the app just lights one screen.
Do I need an account?
No. A licence is a signed key you paste into the app or click a link to apply. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to.
Does the app phone home to check my licence?
Never. The key carries an Ed25519 signature that the app verifies against a public key compiled into it. That is why a payment provider outage cannot lock you out, and why it works offline.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
The app returns to the free tier: one display, one folder. It keeps working. Nothing is deleted and your settings are untouched.
Is the lifetime licence really perpetual?
Yes, and it is priced knowing it cannot be revoked. It covers every 1.x release. If there is ever a paid major version, a perpetual licence keeps working on the version it bought.
Can I use one licence on my laptop and my desktop?
Pro activates 3 devices, Studio 10 per seat. The limit is stated in the key and enforced honestly rather than aggressively — see the licensing README.
Refunds within 14 days, no questions — see the refund policy. Already bought? Activate your licence.
