Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.

Email support@dfacto.ai from the address you bought with, or include your order id. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

The free tier is the whole application on one display, forever. Anyone considering Pro has already run the software on their own Mac and knows exactly what it does. A refund request after that almost always means we failed to be clear about something, and arguing would be a strange response to our own mistake.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the paid tier until the period you already paid for ends, and the app then returns to the free tier by itself — nothing is deleted.

A renewal charged within the last 14 days is refundable on the same terms.

Please email us first. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund and takes months, and we would rather just refund you today.
